At AUSSIE diecast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
